| MEET THE AWF STAFF: Natalia Artemisa Guzman-Vergil, Education Coordinator
Natalia is a born and raised Tucsonan who has spent the last ten years working in outdoor conservation around the Southwest. What started as a summer job working for a trails conservation corps in Flagstaff turned into a deep life long journey to help educate others about the beauty of the Southwest. Natalia is deeply passionate about the intersection of environmental and social justice and hopes to continue making spaces for women of all backgrounds to feel safe and comfortable exploring the outdoors. On her off days, Natalia can be found exploring the different biomes that make up the Sky Islands of Southern Arizona with her two chihuahuas, Dora and Frankie.
