Keith Ashley has worked in Arizona Conservation Non-profit Leadership since 2012 after a previous 18-year career as an educator at the university, community college, high school, and middle school levels, teaching in several states, on the Navajo Nation, and in the Tibetan refugee community of India. Keith lives in Tucson and is particularly interested in urban wildlife conservation and opportunities for everyday folks in Arizona to support and experience wildlife at their homes and in their communities. Originally from Kentucky with his childhood spent in the Mammoth Cave region and in swampy central Florida, Keith believes that everyone should have access to the wild, in places large and small.
