All Afield Monthly Hike - Tres Rios Wetlands

AWF's next All Afield Hike will have us visit the Tres Rios Wetlands, nearly 700 acres of vital wetland and riparian habitat. The wetlands are a vibrant habitat supporting over 150 bird species and various wildlife, including muskrats, raccoons, skunks, coyotes, bobcats, and beavers!

Join us for an hour-long, beginner-friendly hike to explore this restored area. We will utilize the mobile app Merlin to identify birds in the area, but will also be looking out for other wildlife. This hike is accessible, stroller-friendly, and pet-friendly — so bring the whole family if you want!

Meet us at the dirt parking area off of South 91st Avenue. We look forward to hiking with you!
