Wild at Heart?
Your Legacy Can Reflect Your Life...
Estate Gifts (Wills & Trusts) — One of the most popular ways to create a conservation legacy that protects Arizona’s wild lands and wildlife far into the future, is by bequest in a will or trust. Often referred to as “planned gifts” or “charitable bequests” these are contributions that will be passed along to AWF through your estate plans and often take the form of a percentage of your assets or a specific gift amount.
Sample Language – How to Say It
“I give, devise, and bequeath to the Arizona Wildlife Federation, a nonprofit corporation organized and existing under the laws of Arizona and with a principal address of P.O. Box 1182, Mesa, AZ 85211, EIN# 86-0076994: _________________ (enter specific dollar amount, percentage, or remainder) to be used for its general purpose.”
