Arizona Public Lands Day, April 4, 2020

Let’s not let the first annual Arizona Public Lands Day pass by silently. Though constrained by COVID19, we encourage you to show your love of Arizona’s public lands by sharing your experiences of public lands with our community. On Saturday, April 4th, share your photos, videos or personal reflections on the importance of our public lands. You can be entered to win a pair or Vortex 12x50 binoculars or registration for AWF’s popular Becoming an Outdoors-Woman (BOW) camp. To be entered: Follow us on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/azwildlife, tag us in your post @azwildlife, and add the hashtag #azpubliclands2020.

Use our public lands responsibly for both our human health and land health. Arizona takes pride in over 38 million acres of public lands managed by federal agencies and Arizona municipalities, counties, and the state. There’s plenty of room for us to spread out! And if you can’t go out, we know you have enjoyed our state’s public lands in the past—share photos of your responsible enjoyment of public lands in the past so we remember what we have to look forward to visiting again.
